How do I remove "Per Item (Best Way)" from Est. Shipping Cost?

Under modules/shipping in your Admin:

disable to "false" the per item and per unit shipping abilities

While this will work as buffalo89 has suggested ... we do recommend that when you want to run your site Live that you fully remove things that are disabled by clicking on Item Rate item and click the REMOVE button so that it is not installed and simply disabled ... :smile:
