How to size flash video?

Hi
1.3.7

I am adding this to products that have flash video available:

Click here for a <a href="http://www.rabbitinmyhat.com/DIRECTORY/FOLDER/FILE.swf">DEMO</a>.

My video launches in new tab in Firefox. It is too big. What to add to my html statement to set size that I want?

Please see http://www.rabbitinmyhat.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=774. Click on the DEMO link.

Thank you
John
