UPS XML has broken my shipping estimator please help

Hi,

Im having some problems iv got UPS XML and zone rates installed as my shipping methods the only problem im having is when your not logged in the shipping estimator doesnt show up at all you have to be logged in to see the shipping estimator. which is loosing many customers that dont want to have to register to see there shipping rates. i have tried using a fresh install of Zen using all the defualts and this doesnt fix my problem. can anyone help me with this?

To give a shipping estimate, the estimater has to know where the shipment is going to. And that means the customer has to log in. Right?

yes that's very true but shouldn't it still show up so you can use the drop down menus the estimator has built in to select country and type in a postcode?
