I have an issue with a custom script

I have installed a script on this site elitecarcovers. com the issue is sometimes it works sometime it doesn't. I have 2 scripts running one for the admin side and one for the store front. When I view the site in IE it does through an error in the left bottom corner of the browser. Can anyone think of a problem that might cause that.
