Creating combo deals

I would like to offer a sale when A & B are purchased together ---- perhaps even in a category independent . Kind of like a "Buy Both and get a discount" type of deal. anyone know how to accomplish this ? I would ike it to adjust the original quantity of A and B items.

I know there's at east one commercial add-in that does this, from thatsoftwareguy.com. I know because I've used it.

But you should check the Free Software Add Ons (link, top-left) to see if there's something there that will do what you want.
