Minimum Quantity For Product

I have an issue here hoping someone can help me solve. I have a given Product that has 3 choices the user can select via dropdown....Single, Double, Triple. I would like for if the user chooses a "Single" that they must order a mimum quantity of 3. If they choose Double or Triple then they can order a quantity of just 1. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks

OI

Re: Minimum Quantity For Product

There isn't a way built into Zen Cart to have a Minimum Quantity on the Product with different minimums per attribute ...

Re: Minimum Quantity For Product

This is the info been searching for days for.
The only way to set these as minimum purchases is to set single, double and triple as individual categories. Then as individual products you can set the minimum purchases allowed. Hope 2.0 Zencart has this feature.

:frusty:

Been trying for days to figure this out. Just trying to sort out files and make additions in files to hopefully get minimum QTY purchase to work with attributes on product.

This is my problem.

Client sells

Tastie cupcakes - Product - Original Tastie Cupcake
Small - minimum of 24 at $1.60
Standard - minimum of 6 at $4.00
Jumbo - mimum of 4 at $7.00

Re: Minimum Quantity For Product

You might use seperate products for these and add something like Cross Sell or Xsell to relate the products together ...
