Godaddy headache!!

Ok unfortunately I'm using godaddy .... can't find something at same price range and don't believe in unlimited everything...
I installed zen cart with the auto installer and now I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80

What does this mean?
It's been two days... i re-installed zen cart about 5 times and i get the same message.

Really have to contact them and ask for a higher level tech

Thanks Kobra, I sent them an email yesterday. As I was calling today they fixed it -- it only took 16 hours.

Is the difference in monthly rate worth the loss of business? And, it will only get worse.

I agree and did experience your thoughts here. I think you just need to be patient more a bit to contact their customer services for your concerns.
