HELP! - Admin layout is screwed

my brilliant busines spartner decided to "clean up" our header on our site.

He has no idea what he did, but the admin section now looks like this:

any ideas what the idiot did? I'm lost

In admin/includes folder, there are generally SIX css files.

What you need to do is make sure all css files are in there, so COMPARE your server's folder with an original admin/includes folder, and FTP any missing .css files .
