XAMPP Local Host Page Won't Load

Hi,

I've been trying to install XAMPP in order to setup a local host server on my Windows Vista computer.

I installed xampp-win32-1.4.16-installer.exe

At first when I installed it said that Apache could not be installed correctly because of Port 80. However after clicking SVC in the control panel after the installation, I now see a green light with the words running.

Since everything is running well I tried accessing http://localhost but the XAMPP page I am suppose to see won't load?? This has been really frustrating me because I have spent a lot of time searching for threads related to such a problem but I could not find anything. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Although there are people here who use XAMPP for offline Zen Cart development, they're generally going to be people for whom it works.

The XAMPP support forum would be a much better place to get help with a problem like this.
