Google Analytics - Goals not showing up

Hi,

I recently installed Google Analytics, which is great and i set one of my goals to be https://www.mystore.com/index.php?main_page=create_account_success

I recently got a completed order yet the Goal is showing up as zero.

It confirmed the steps of shopping cart>Delivery Info>Shipping Info>Order Confirmation but does not complete it with the Checkout Success page.

My customers are directed to the Paypal once they confirm their order and I think that is where the problem occurs; they never see my checkout success page. any way around this issue?

thanks!

Which PayPal Module are you using?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Re: Google Analytics - Goals not showing up

Hi,

I just realized after you asked my which paypal i use and looked under my modules for the correct name that in the Website Payments Preferences to set up your Automatic Return URL. I didn't notice this before, so i just went into paypal as set that up.

Hopefully, this will solve the issue. Please let me know if i am off track.

thanks again!
