Unable to load Zen Cart

I've tried to load zen cart as per the instruction given, however, there is a fatal error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_check_url_get_terms() in /home/beautybe/public_html/includes/languages/english/brown/index.php on line 30

Please help.

This would not be a template issue if you indeed do not have this file...

Get a fresh distribution, unpack it locally, and you will see that that file is part of the normal distribution...

The template I have downloaded is free template. All downloaded template doesnt come with the function file.

It's part of the Zen Cart core. Templates won't have it.

You need to upload a fresh copy of that file to your site, as it appears to be missing now.
You can find the file in an unzipped full set of the ZC files.

Based on your screenshot in your last post, it seems that you probably told your FTP program to "replace" whatever was in the includes folder with whatever you were uploading, instead of merging the contents. Basically, by choosing "replace", you wiped out the former includes folder, and then uploaded a new set of files to that folder, which in this case only contained the template files you were trying to upload.

"replace" can be a dangerous option in your FTP program ... use it carefully.

Meanwhile, you'll need to start over again ...

You will most likely need to reinstall Zen Cart from scratch, as some files that are customized by the installation process would be deleted if the /includes/ folder were totally replaced by the template's /includes/ folder.
This time, when you upload the template, don't "replace".

If you have product info in the database already, you may want to choose the "upgrade" option when running the installation.

Like others have said, the problem appears to be with your FTP settings. What program are you using to do FTP?
