Associated Products

I have a product, ie a water heater, and I would like to some how add associated products that are required for the installation of the water heater linked to the product.

it would be great if these could be images below the product description.

Would a customer be able to click on these additional images and be brought to that product's page?

basically you need a set of valves and venting to go with a water heater, but several different options are available...

Try this 'Related Products' module:

I am currently using it.

It allows you to specify related products for individual products, and they show up on the product's page with the image and link - just like 'Customers who purchased this product also purchashed'.

Once installed you can access it from admin from the Catalog tab. You basically choose a product, and then choose the related products. So easy!

I modified my 'tpl_product_info_display.php' file to position it where I wanted on the product page.
