Tried everything still no luck installing? help plz..

Not sure where to go from here. Lost basically. I am using Blacksun.ca for a host and they will not help install this program.
I'm sure i have access to a phpadmin thingy and have uploaded the zen cart software to my webhost @ blacksun. Tried editing the info in both admin includes and includes. But not sure if i am getting all of the info right? Blacksun will wants me to use miva merchant but i like zen cart pages and would love to use this proggy.

Anyone using Blacksun with zencart? or anyone be able to help me install this? I'm frustrated as the learning curve for this program seems rather steap... any help would be great.

Hi I had problems at first..My hosting does not support .htaccess files....I tried Filezilla It refused to upload the .htaccess files...
However I tried expression web 2 to upoad it and it worked fine.....
