Sidebox can't be shown on one of the language

Hello all,

This is my first post here. I'm sorry if this is a silly question: I am using the template comes with the installation (not the Green one but the ZCCN and ZCEN of 1.3.8a) and I've installed one more language (Traditional Chinese) and uses the same template (ZCCN).

Some strange things happen: the header, footer and one of the sidebox (ezpages.php) of the Traditional Chinese language can't be shown, while the original language can. I have already used the admin page to set the sidebox shown but still in vain. Any way that I can debug and see what's wrong what the header, footer and sidebox are missing? Noted that some other sidebox do not have the problems and can be shown on both languages.
