Removing Bottom Banner - Invisible Box Still There After Banners Shut Off

I'm trying to remove the banner at the bottom of the page - I've shut off all the banners under Banner Manager, turned off all banners under Layout Boxes Controller and removed all banner options under configuration/layout settings.

The banners aren't displaying, but there is still an empty box forcing itself at the bottom of the page. This might not bother me so much, except I have a full page background, and the empty box shows as a solid color.

How do I stop the empty banner box from displaying, or at least fill it in with my background?

I see it, but can't figure out where it's coming from. Web Developer says it's just 'html', and Colorzilla doesn't even consider it part of the page.
