Moved to new host, but can't log in!

I was forced to move to a new host - my old one axed my website because I exceeded my alloted disc space (and they didn't bother to notify me!). They didn't have a plan to provide the space I needed, so I had to move to a new hosting provider.

As far as I can tell, you can view everything in the zen portion of the site correctly, but I cannot log in to the admin side of things. The login window comes up, but I get the following message:

The requested URL /zen/admin/login.php was not found on this server.

When I look at the uploaded files, zen/admin/login.php is there...

Additionally, customers cannot log in to their accounts or log in to place an order. This is the error message I get when trying to log in to make a purchase as a customer:

*The requested URL /zen/zc_install/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. *

I cannot find a zc_install folder anywhere in any of my backups.

Any help would be appreciated. My site has been down for over a week now!!

Sounds like I need to start with a fresh install of Zen Cart. All of my backups are on version 1.3.7. Can I use these backups on version 1.3.8?

Your 1.3.7 database will get upgraded during the upgrade process.

Do you have the template overrides in place???

I don't know anything about template overrides. I have made a lot of changes to the stylesheet and have done quite a bit of customization to the sideboxes, etc. Will I lose all of this?

You will lose your customizations if you upgrade and have not done the overrides.
