Zen Help in GoDaddy... Please!!

I have a big problem that should be very simple. Here it is. I'm new to this forum so I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong area. My problem is I use GoDaddy as my hosting. They offer Zen Cart as one the free shopping cart tools. I installed it, it exists on the url I assigned it to. But when I try to access the admin through the GoDaddy Hosting Connection it won't let me. The user name and password are clearly right in front of me and they don't work. It says something like "username or password incorrect". Then I try to resend it to my email and the error message comes up something like "email does not exist, or wrong email". One of those. If anyone could please help me I would be so appreciative!

In your GoDaddy control panel, you should be able to go into the "connections" and view your applications (zencart) There is a spot at the bottom of that page that will show your admin name and password.
