Can you set a minimum dollar amount that has to be ordered

Is it possible to set a minimum dollar amount that a customer has to order? For example, if you required your customers to order at least $30 worth of products and they only had $20 in their cart. Is there a setting to where at check it wouldn't let them checkout until the cart had at least $30 in it?

In the free add-ons (link above) in the MARKETING section, there is a Minimum Order Value module.
