<title>BLAH BLAH</title> How to change properly

Ok, I know changing a page title seems basic enough. I've done it in Dreamweaver tons of times as well as in simple notepad. My problem currently is that whenever I change it from <title>Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce</title> to anything else, the entire pages fonts jump to 20pt. This seems an easy problem to solve, yet I can't figure it out. No matter what I do, I can't fix it.

where do you make the changes ??? and why using <title> tags ???

if you want to add your own title , you should change that in meta_tags.php file no <title> tags needed
