shipping module, can you charge flat shipping fee for one item?

shipping module, can you charge flat shipping fee for one item?

hello

Right im a bit stuck. I have a clients website and i have set up most of his products to have a weight.

I have set up shipping zones and charge the shipping according to the weight of the basket.

this works great for most of the products, the problem i have is 2 products he sells are posted by an extrenal company and they charge the following

order 1-4 items and they charge a total of £10 postage
order over 4 and they charge a total of £20 postage

is there any way to set it up so a customer will have the shipping cost past to them.

I have considered setting the weight of the product so that it falls into the shipping bracket of £13 but the problem is then is someone orders more than one.

any ideas??

To complicate this more, what if they order this and other items?
I believe that there is a commercial shipping module that might assist by CEON
