enquiry form under each product ?

Hi there,

newbie here with Zen, can you tell me if it is possible to put an enquiry form under each product listed so customers can easily make a quick enquiry ?

when it comes in to me as an email could it also say which product the enquiry is relating to ?

thanks

Russell
