Shipping Zones Help!!

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help. I have the latest zencart installed and i am having trouble setting up shipping zones. I have 3 zones defined by following all the steps and faqs and making sure everything is correct but when i put a test transaction through i get the shipping rate cannot be determined at this time. any ideas ??

Is Zone 2 everyone not defined by Zone 1 and Zone 3?

What are your settings in the Shipping/Packaging?

What is the weight that you are testing with?

All zones not repeated in any other zone. I seem to have cracked it after all this head bashing, my poor brain :no:.

i forgot to say early my zones worked first time when i had default values. So i went to another fresh copy of zencart and copied the original values and guess what it works again.

3:3.50,7:10.00,99:20.00

but i don't seem to understand why my custom values wouldn't work, i checked, double checked, measured the gaps between the comma's just in case i pressed spacebar accidentally using a ruler because my eyes are red and blurry from staring at the screen but still i don't understand what i did wrong...hmm never mind i wont touch it again just in case it breaks.
