How to add amount to cart side box and free shipping

Ive downloaded the Cart Sidebox with Free Shipping Qualifier and Checkout Button Free Shipping Qualifier by Ryk and was just wondering if anyone knew what code i could use to show the 'amount' in the basket as it comes standard with just number of items in cart.

Thanks
