Orange/Flowers template navigation area

Orange/Flowers template navigation area

I'm using the orange/flowers template and haven't really customised it at all, except for changing the header image.
The layout has two areas for navigation, the sidebar and also a bunch of links centered beneath the header. Can anyone help me lose the navigation beneath the header?

Cheers! I started with this name online about 10 years ago, kind of stuck with it now as I forget any other login!

I found the answer though, it was a configuration option I had to turn off. Not template related at all, silly me!

Just curious for me and other zenners who have these troubles??

was it layout box controller in the admin
Or Ezpages under tools in the admin
or was it admin panel/ configuration/ layout settings/ Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF
