How to turn off the display of weight and date enterd?

I have tried to turn off the weight and date from showing up in the product listing but it does not seem to be turning off does any one know why?

are you setting them to 0 ( zero ) from Configuration > All listings ?

if thats not working , might be some coding error in your template perhaps ?

I am having the same problem now and I have turned off the options in the product listing, the stock and the all listings. I have changed my template to the default and checked and it is still displaying the weight and stock amounts. Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this issue?

you may want to check
Catalog / Product Type
select product General , and click on edit layout button .
on following page , you can disable some of those setting you want .
