Adding a Custom field to the "My Account Page"

Ok, I have been digging and looking through all these PHP files and I can not find the file that actually processes the users information into the "account_edit" page. I have added my custom fields to the database, now I just want to tell zencart to query the field. What file does this?

I need to determine whether a product is being shipped to a business or a residence. If there is another place this can be done, please direct me. If I need a custom field, I'd love to know how to add that.
