Unable to add new product

Anybody please help me.:oops:
I unable to add in product to my website. The message after i upload the image and fill in other info and click preview it show like everything is fine but when i insert it suddenly it not store and the product disappear. However i able to add in the category with image and sub category.

can you be more specific as to what happens when you add products ???

once click on preview button , do you get error message ?
or
do you get blank ( just white ) page ?

if blank page , then i suggest using Debugger utility and see what file has been corrupted.

When i add insert product no error came out instead only like below line appear.

Categories / Products - Telekung > Telekung Dinar

while in the right side of the screen got red X mark with go to box beside it.

When i check inside the category the new product not appear.

A category or sub-cat can hold another category or products but not both - one or the other.

Might you be trying to add a product where there are also additional sub-cats

no there are no sub category in where i put the product. Furthermore i dont think option to add product will appear if it got sub category.

Anybody have idea to help me?
