Is this possible? Scheduling items to order later?

Hi, just wondering, is it possible (how would I go about it?!), for customers to order items that they can choose what day they get sent -
ie - instead of it getting sent ASAP, can you make it so customers can choose which day it gets sent on ?

Attribute - "Prefer shipping on:" then set up Mon - Sat as choices
