Additional Users with limited Privileges

Hello guys

I am using Zen-Cart 1.3.8

Is it possible to have separate user for Order processing Department and an additional User to manage inventory/products etc?
Currently under Admin Settings, you can only add new admin accounts but can not trim down privileges.
