Authorize.net , 2checkout.com, paypal.com, etc...

Authorize.net seems to be more inline with the responsibilities and requirements placed upon the shop owner.(Always subject to change)
They are also more inclined to investigate the claims in a chargeback and if one can verify that a shipment was made & delivered, side with the shop owner,
Reports and experience with PP, are that they always side with the buyer.
