Can I export the zen cart database from the admin?

Can I export the zen cart database from the admin?

Does anyone know what command I'd use to export the entire database for a zen cart? I'm moving a site for a gal who has an unresponsive host, and her control panel is no longer working. Is there a way I can get the database from the sql portion of the admin?
