Changing the width of the centre section

I am using v1.3.8a

I have removed the sideboxes from the right hand side and now need to increase the width of the centre section to cover the area left by the removal of the sideboxes.

If this possible can anyone point me in the right direction to achieve it.

admin panel/ configuration/ layout settings/ **Column Right Status - Global

Many thanks. Had not seen the layout options to turn off the sideboxes. I have set that to 0 now and got what I need.
