Email Address Exporter - not showing in Tools menu

Email Address Exporter - not showing in Tools menu

I have downloaded the email exporter and put it on the server following the instructions. I have placed all the files in the admin folder. It is still not showing up in tools. I have read through the support info and double checked. What else might I be missing?

I have Zen Cart 1.3.8a, no recent upgrades.

It won't show in the tools menu if you didn't put the file from the "extra_boxes" folder in its correct location.
