Can't show three languages

Hello all,
I have some problem relating to my current template, since it is unable to show three languages but only two at most.
Will this be related to CSS problem?

Futhermore, in the admin panel, it shows

what couls this code be related to?

I'm afraid that the problem with the languages is going to be very hard to answer until your site is in a place where it can be seen.

The missing file messgae is most likely because payment modules need a code file and a language file. Yours doesn't seem to have a language file for Chinese.
