Help! 1146 Table 'zencart.paypal' doesn't exist

Hi -

I am a newbie here and trying to configure Zen-Cart.

I get this error message

NOTE: You have no payment modules activated. Please go to Modules->Payment to configure.

When I go to modules payment I get this message

1146 Table 'zencart.paypal' doesn't exist
in:
[show fields from paypal]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I have tried reading FAQ and the Tutorials but am at a loss of what to do. From the reading my guess is that it is not connecting to a database. Not sure if this is correct, and if so, have no idea how to fix.

Please anybody know what I need to do?

If you have phpmyadmin, look at your DB tables and see if there is a "paypal" table

How was your Zen Cart installed and what version is it?

I opened phpMyAdmin and the table is not there.

My next question is how to put the table in. Would you use a sql patch and if so how do I locate it?

I am using version:
Zen Cart 1.3.7.1
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

Zen-Cart was installed by the webhost - Concentric

The table is part of a default cart setup - need to ask installer why it is not there
