Blank Sidebox Mod : Is it still working

Just wondering if the Blank sidebox mod still works ?

I copied files to correct locations and turned it in the Layout Boxes Controller just to see what it looked like before I made any changes. All the default text is appearing outside the Blank sidebox.

Is there a reason for this ?

Great forum have learned alot on here over the last few months as I get to grips with Zen Cart.

As I have a live ecommerce site I cannot leave the blank sidebox on but I have attached a screen capture of the issue.

All the default text is appearing outside the Blank sidebox.
What you have described is not represented in your snap

I think it does

on the right sidebar a white unformatted area has appeared with the text
Replace this text ......

but you will see right under it is the thin white 1 row high blank sidebox labelled "Blank side box header " below the white area but above the shopping cart

Should not the Replace this text ...etc appear in this blank sidebox

When I go in to tpl_blank_sidebox.php and change line 20 ( " You can include ....) with a small piece of text as per instructions it appears in the large white area that has appeared in the sidebar not in the formated blank sidebox that appears underneath

Seems ironic that a thread about content escaping from a sidebox should itself appear to have escaped from add-on's Support thread :smartalec:

Apologies if I have posted in the wrong place but I did do a "Blank Sidebox" search on the forums before I posted and failed to find the addon support thread despite going through 8 pages of threads :wacko:

Not a loss though as I picked up a few ideas mainly from you 2.

Akk!!! Just looked at your site...
What version of ZenCart is this?
As your site is repleat with tables and the blank sidebox is designed for the div based series - this might be your issue
