Help!!! I'm have a brain cramp

I should know this easily by now. I am putting together a site for a florist. One of the product specs is:

40cm 2ft.long 1dz. $40.00- 2dz. $72.00- 3dz. $108.00 comes out to $3.00 a rose

60cm 3ft.long 1dz. $60.00- 2dz. $120.00- 3dz. $180.00 comes out to $5.00 a rose

I am trying to do all this on one page as opposed to say, a page for the 40 cm and one for the 60cm.

Any advise would be very appreciated.

Of course, but as I mentioned, I am having a brain cramp. I'm staring at the screen. I have done this many times before, but just seem stuck today. Maybe it's the miserable weather today here in Houston.

I just need a little kick start.

I was thinking about maybe two sections (to the same page):

(radio button) of 1, 2, or 3 dozen and then a drop down with the 40 or 60cm

what about 2 dropdown ?

40 cm
and
60 cm

each with corresponding option value
