Newbie Question: How do I add Multiple Product Options/Price Options?

I have Zen 1.3.8

Is there an easy way to activate in the admin page "Multiple Product Options/Price options" for each item? Am I just missing this somewhere? For instance, I have a photograph (same item/product) which can be purchased in multiple sizes and at multiple price points ... usually a drop down list. How can this be done?

you can use attributes for products that have different options .. such as size , color , etc .. and each with different price ..

here is tutorial on how to create and add attributes.
