Site Auto-Deleting Products & Template

Our Zen Cart Site is defaulting to the classic zen cart template every few days. When it does, it deletes our products as well. Is anyone having the same issue or aware of any fixes?

It actually deletes the products from the database?

Sounds like a hosting server problem - may be resetting to a backup.

Yes, when it defaults to another template, it deletes all of our products. It happens every few days.

Have you ever heard of this issue?

Nope, that's a new one to me. I'd still suspect a server issue - you might want to ask your host about it.

Forsaking a server backup restoring issues, you might batten down the hatches in case you have been hacked.
