Shipping method not showing for cloned flat rate zone

I have 2 sites both running Zen Cart 1.38a and I needed 2 shipping rates for the UK and the other for worldwide.

I used clone flat rate and it works great on one of my stores, however on the other it will not show the shipping rate for the UK Zone. I have tested changing my address to a US address and set the zone to the US too and its the same issue. Is it a zone issue? I have checked both sites and both are configured the same for the shipping!

I cannot understand why it works on one store and not the other! :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: To make things worse on Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information it is now not showing the totals :(

Check your Zone settings for your site not working and make sure you have added all the details ...

Thanks, I checked all settings and all looked OK. As a last resort I deleted the offending site and copied the other stores files over and then just changed the files back that were needed for the define pages etc, Everything working fine now!

I recently changed hosts and I think some of the files may have been corrupted on the change over! :cool:
