Background Color not behaving :(

Hi i having some trouble with my background color. I want it set to black to blend with my logo, however when i set it to black (#000000) the whole background changes to black i understand this is supposed to happen however if i change "Logowrapper" color to black nothing happens :( please help thanks in advance guys :)
