heading in center box add color behing navigation

Some templates like apple zen have color behind the center box navigation (Home category). I can find the code for this in my template or the apple zen template. What am I looking for?
I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8 and my website is http://shop.nilandsplace.com/camp/index.php?main_page=
I have modified both the classic green and silverfish template to reach what I have now. I am also having a header alignment problem in IE, Firefox looks good.

Your header looks the same in FF and in IE8.

Try adding a background colour to #centerBoxWrapper in your stylesheet.... I think that's what you're meaning? Not sure exactly what are you mean by (home category)
