Google Checkout Shipping - clueless

I've looked at quite a few threads on this forum, and searched google reading lots.
After messing about for 2 hours, I've got nowhere :(

I have shipping set us as UK (Zone 1 in ZC shipping settings) postage being £0.75.
Everywhere else is £1.35 (Zone 2 in ZC shipping settings).

I want it the same in GCO.

I've tried putting info in the shipping generator and placing that code in /shipping_methods.php but it gives me errors:
Error: Shipping Methods not configured
freeoptions (ignored)

Not only that, my shipping comes out as £2.00 - Where it's getting that from I have no idea.

I wonder if someone could post an example shipping_methods.php or something?
I want it to read my 2 zones in ZC shipping.

I think there are some issues with Google Checkout and UK shipping modules. The GC Mod is designed for USA shipping mods and after weeks of trying to make it pull data from my Royal Mail modules, I eventually gave up.

I've not seen anyone who's been able to make this work.

The easiest way is to configure your shipping rates for GC in the payment module through admin and just have a flat rate shipping for all GC payments.
