toplinks

The site im workin on is https://www.ajaysports.co.uk
What i want to know is how do i move the toplinks across the page??
eg. I want the 'home' link to start where the 'specials' link is and the last link 'contact us' to stay where it is,
Ive tried changing the margin left and/or right in the css from 38px to something else,
but when i do, instead of everything just simply moving across a bit and the space between the links getting smaller, all the links move across as one and then start a new line under them,
im guessing it has something to with the space between the links but i cant find where i would change that, or i could be totally
wrong and its something even simpler :unsure:

Before you start "customizing" too much, take a look at some tutorials on the override system.

Also, keep in mind that several top-line items will also appear with a customer logged in and, again, when they add something to the cart.

One way is to adjust the width (below in RED). You can use firebug in firefox to try different widths till you get the one you want. That will compress the other td to fit the area you want.> <!--Top Menu Part Start -->

i figured it out,
i changed the 38px margin like i said i tried at the start,
just did it a little differently and it worked this time
