turning shopping cart off

Hello

Is it possible to show products but turning my shopping cart off. I don;t want that customers can buy my products online, i just want to show my product.

I can put my stock at 0, but then there are disapering pictures with "SOLD OUT"

I just want a message with: "This article is on stock in my store" but i dont want the option "add this to shopping cart"

Admin->Configuration->My Store->Store Status->set it to Showcase
