Can i make my header like this?

i am developing a site in zen cart and i wanted to make my header look like the attached picture, in the following sense, i can have the 4 bottom icons as EZ-pages "collections , silver etc"; but can i add links like the ones in the top right corner ? and if so how can i make them in a vertical order?
I know that EZ-pages are added from the admin page in a horizontal way in the header, but i am not sure if one can make them vertical , so the answer could be either to somehow manipulate EZ-pages or create first the logo picture for the header and then somehow make the links in the corner as image maps?

The ez-page header menu is a list inside a wrapper div, and you can style it however you like. There should be no problem in getting it on the right as you show. It might take moving the code block in /includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_header.php, which is a simple task. Most of the work will be in the stylesheet.

The horizontal links look like they should be handled with the categories-tabs menu, so they can be separate from the ez-page menu. Are those four links category names?

the horizontal links are EZ-Pages, and i chose to have them there instead of categories, because i wanted to disable categories from left column, but now after i think about it, i can still disable categories on the left column, and use categories links in the header horizontally, like you hinted to, and make the vertical links in the header EZ-pages,
I will change them and look at the tpl_header.php as you suggested ,

Sounds like a plan.
If the "New Arrivals" link is intended to be the same as the New Products link in the sidebox, you will have to do a bit of code-copying. The cat-tabs menu does not handle those by default, but you can copy the relevant section from /includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/tpl_categories.php into the cat-tabs code file.
