Google checkout won't show up as a payment option at checkout

I set up a Google payment account, confirmed it, and installed the module. It is configurable int the admin and turned on, but Google checkout won't show up as a payment option at checkout. Am I missing something obvious? thanks

I found an error this is what it says

Error: Shipping Methods not configured
table2 (ignored)

table2 is configured. I dont think GC likes it

it is set up for usps large flat rate boxes and the items are small inexpensive but very heavy.

any ideas why GC doesnt like it?
