That is not a built-in feature of the Offline card module.
Some of the other modules built for live gateways do enforce the CVV number, such as the Authorize.net module.

Is there a way i can put in red letters or something "ENTER YOUR CVS" ?>?> on the order screen?

There's a reason that the next version of Zencart won't include the Offline CC Module.

I don't really want you to have my credit card number and expiration date. I certainly don't want you to have those and my CVS number.

As a customer, I want all that info only on a processor's secure server.
