Some of the buttons not showing

Using the Redsky template, some of the buttons have gone MIA. Spesifically "continue shopping", "go to cart" and "shipping estimator". All the other buttons are where they should be.

Any idea how to fix this?

includes/ templates/ redsky/ buttons/ english

  1. do you have this button? button_continue_shopping.gif
  2. If not you are going to half to make one and place it here with the same name
  3. A link to the site please

Changed it to css buttons in admin panel, and now they all show.
