Images will not upload (is this permissions issue)

I moved my site to another domain. When I try to add a new product and choose the "Products image" and click Preview I just get the image coming soon default image.

Is this a permissions issue? If so what files do I need to change? Thanks in advance

I've fixed the problem - it was a permissions issue.

I changed the permission of the images category subfolder (in the case "bags") to 777 and I can upload images without problem.
